Pretty simple basic stuff, right?

So why is that the absolute best bagel in the world can only be found here in New York City?

“They say it’s in the water” says Pete’s Aunt Karen, who showed up this morning with a fresh bag of bagels from Island Bagels in Lawrence, along with all the toppings - whipped butter, cream cheese, veggie cheese and lox spread. Best breakfast evah!!!
